As a dynamic, tech-savvy businessman, Dietmar joined Liviya to bring the nutrition and fitness plans to the masses by way of the Liviya Nutrition and Fitness App. He is a foodie who loves outdoor adventure and has a passion for health and fitness. He believes in working smart by using technology to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Michelle first experienced digestive health problems in her late teens and she also fractured her spine during a dance show around the same time. While doctors prescribed medication for Irritable Bowel Syndrome and said she could not dance again, Michelle became interested in what she could do to gain control of her health again.
She became a life-long Chiropractic patient, fascinated with the body’s innate ability to heal itself. She moved to London at the age of 25 where she worked as Practice Manager for a Chiropractic Clinic. It was during her 8 year stay in the UK that she studied nutrition through the School of Natural Health Sciences.
Through testing foods and creating eating plans, Michelle learnt how to manage her IBS. She also became aware that the Wellness Industry portrayed a healthy lifestyle as expensive and complicated.
Michelle experienced massive weight gain during her 2nd pregnancy where she carried twin girls to 40 weeks and gave birth naturally to two 3kg (6.6 lbs each) babies. Now a mother of 3, she had to find a cost-effective way to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. And that is exactly what Liviya Nutrition and Fitness is about.
We will show you how to lose weight by eating common foods available to everyone on a tight budget. We will also show you how to shape up by exercising for only 20 minutes a day. What’s more is that we love food and will show you how to cook delicious food the healthy way.
