Keeping your body and brain functioning optimally at work or at school is a daily necessity. Here are some delicious ways to keep your energy levels up and taste buds satisfied:

  • Make sure you include protein and healthy fat for sustained energy release and to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
  • Pack bite-sized veggies and fruit into your lunch box for nutritious snacking with a satisfying crunch. Add healthy hummus (see recipe below) for vegan protein.

Easy Hummus Recipe

  • 1 x 420g tin chickpeas, drained
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 30ml garlic puree
  • a pinch or 2 of dried chilli flakes (depending on how spicy you like it) or cayenne pepper

100ml lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Blits all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy.
